TRACK&FIELD

Track&Field is a demanding sport
that requires excellent fitness
from its runners.

Runners need to possess a high
level of aerobic stamina, speed,
and most importantly mental strength.

Activities

Our training is on every
monday and thursday from
2pm to 4pm.

medalist in 10,000m

-2 Gold, 1 Silver in 2 Asian Games
-4 Gold, 1 Silver & 4 Bronzes
in 5 Asian T&F meets
-9 Gold, 2 Silver in 5 Sea games
